A good alternative to messy and expensive processing equipment and ideal for the beginner beekeeper, looking to start their first colony of bees. Through the clear end-frame view, you can see when the honey is ready without opening up the hive.

The Flow Hive is an innovative beehive that simplifies the honey extraction process. With the turn of a lever, honey can be extracted without opening the hive or disturbing the bees. The frames are made with a partially-formed plastic honeycomb lattice, which the bees fill with beeswax and honey. Upon activation of the mechanism, the vertical gaps in the lattice are broken, allowing honey to flow down into a channel at the frame's base and into a collection vessel. The Flow Hive uses food-certified plastic in the honey super, while the bees produce their own natural wax comb in the brood nest.

You will need to put in 10 Langstroth Brood / Deep Frames & Foundation for the Brood box, these are available to purchase separately.
