How do I create an Eco Club account?

1) Click "Create Account" at the top right hand side of our site.
2) Enter your details.
3) Click "Create".

Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Go to your user account by clicking the your user name at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Please contact us if you want to change your email address.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password

Go to your account - Click on the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Enter your email and instructions will be sent to you.

How do I return my product?

Email us with images of the products you wish to return and reasons as to why - sales@hagensbees.co.uk

I received the wrong product.

Email us on sales@hagensbees.co.uk within 10 days of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may go to your account - Click on your username or the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site - to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
