Has my order shipped?

Go to your account - Click on your username or the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. We aim for all orders to be processed and sent via our courier partners withing 3-4 working days.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Contact us as soon as possible via email - sales@hagensbees.co.uk and we can make amendments to your order. Please note that if an order has been processed or shipped it is no longer amendable.


How do I track my order?

Go to your account - Click on your username or the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Go to your account - Click on your username or the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

My product is missing parts.

Go to your account - Click on your username or the "Log in" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. Please note, you must notify us of any missing, damaged or incorrect items withing 10 days of receipt of your order.
